Thank you very much for your interest in volunteering with Project TVD for our annual medical and educational mission trip to Da Nang, Vietnam!
We ask that our first time volunteers fill out this form. It will allow us to know you better and allow us to plan with our Vietnamese colleagues how best to utilize your expertise. We ask that all our medical volunteers meet the qualifications below:
1. You hold an active and unrestricted medical license in the state where you practice medicine
2. You are board certified or board eligible in the specialty that you will engage in teaching or practice as part of Project TVD
3. You are able to provide one reference who can attest to your ability to practice medicine
